Refund policy

At TheMakingOfAMoment, each product is made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because items are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at TheMakingOfAMoment@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes:

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or ordering the wrong item are not accepted.
  • All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • In some cases, Printify may require the damaged item to be returned before sending a replacement.

  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue
  4. Attach clear photos showing the defect or error
